Returns Policy

We hope you like the product purchased from ourselves. However, if any item is not what you require then please notify us in writing (email/post) within 14 working days of receipt, stating the reason for return. Returns will only be accepted once a customer has informed us and obtained a returns code. This must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel to enable us to identify and sign for the return. Returns must be made within a reasonable period of time (normally 28 days) and include the original packaging and labels where possible. You must also include your receipt as proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning any unwanted items. If items are returned without prior notification and a returns code then this may result in delayed processing of any refund.

Once safely received we will issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any item in your possesssion and in returning the item. We advise sending items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. If we find that the product has been returned to us and is either used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Unwanted inflatables can only be returned if unopened so please read the packaging carefully on receipt to ensure it is suitable.

Refusal to accept parcel at the designated delivery address
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of a parcel at the designated delivery address (for whatever reason) and has not already informed us of their right to cancel, then we will refund the cost of the goods less any return delivery charge imposed by the courier company.

Return of parcel due to failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us by the courier following repeated failed attempts to deliver then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return delivery charge from any refund amount. A failed attempt will result from the customer not being at home and not having given alternative delivery instructions. It will also result from a customer failing to respond in a timely manner to attempted delivery cards left by the courier.

Damaged/faulty/incorrect goods

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know immediately and we will then authorise a return. You will need to return the item within 14 days of receipt. The same procedures apply on the rare occasion the goods are incorrect. Note that we will cover the cost of returning any item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect. If you do not inform us within 14 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged, faulty or incorrect on delivery.

When returning goods please provide the details as set out below and return to the address below. Proof of the cost of returning an item may be required before we can authorise a refund.
